Tooling Engineering & Technology Transformation
Engineering Transformation (MBA Professional Project)
A significant part of the recommendations from this project was subsequently implemented.
Context
An MBA professional project addressing new-technology implementation and the organization of Tooling engineering activities.
The challenge
Bringing structure to Tooling engineering activities that lacked shared spaces, standardized documentation and a clear procurement/knowledge-management approach.
My role
Led the professional project's analysis and recommendations.
The approach
The project introduced shared collaboration spaces, standardized documentation, methods for creating electrical schematics and engineering project documentation, a technical product catalogue, and organized procurement follow-up.
System architecture
Organizational/process transformation rather than a technical system — outputs were shared collaboration spaces, documentation standards, a technical product catalogue and a procurement-organization process.
